With its 10mm thick mild steel plate and powerful 4.5kW elements, the griddle powers up quickly and distributes heat rapidly throughout each cooking zone – essential for consistent results every time. Featuring user-friendly dial controls, the Buffalo griddle makes it easy to regulate the temperature for both sides – so you can keep food warm on one zone, whilst cooking eggs or bacon on the other. Alternatively, you can completely power down one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours. The Buffalo griddle is mounted on a strong stainless steel cupboard base with adjustable feet. This not only brings the griddle up to an ergonomic working height, it also provides vital additional storage space for your kitchen – a perfect area to store a few pots, pans or utensils. The griddle is designed to be easy to clean and low maintenance, with strong stainless steel construction throughout and splash guards to the side and rear of the cooking plate, helping to keep nearby surfaces mess-free. And as part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this griddle is designed to suite with other 600 Series appliances, giving you a tidy, seamless cook line whatever the size of your kitchen. Durable 10mm thick mild steel plate retains heat for longer Large 1Ltr capacity fat collection drawer User-friendly dial control 50-300°C Heating elements positioned under the cooking plate ensures even heat distribution and rapid heat up Stainless steel high splash guards on the rear and sides of cooking surface Fully welded plates eliminate dirt traps and allow for easy cleaning Smooth plate maximises contact between food and cooking surface, reducing cooking times Dual heat zones with independent controls for versatile cooking Fitted with strong, height adjustable 150mm feet for seamless installation Generous capacity base compartment ideal for storage of cookware and utensils Time-saving easy-clean stainless steel construction Additional informationDimensions850(H) x 600(W) x 600(D)mmPower TypeElectricTemperature Range50°C to 300°CVoltage400VProduct Weight35.1kgBrandBuffaloMain CategoryCooking EquipmentSub CategoryGriddlesSectionAll GriddlesProduct FamilyCatering AppliancesMain ColourSilverSecondary ColourSilverProduct Depth600PowerThree PhaseHeight (mm)850Range Name600 SeriesProduct TypeGriddlesWattage4500Width (mm)600Operating Temperature Range50 °C to 300 °CDelivery To Ireland7-10 daysDocumentsDownload Buffalo 600 Series Freestanding Electric Griddle 600mm Spec SheetDownload Buffalo 600 Series Freestanding Electric Griddle 600mm User Manual About BuffaloBuffalo offers an extensive range of electrical products including kettles, fryers, microwaves, hot plates, slicers, coffee machines, grills, cookers, bains maries, griddles, water boilers, automatic hand dryers and toasters, ideal pieces of equipment for the commercial catering industry.
