Perfectly designed to produce great tasting food, the grill features independent accurate temperature controls and programmable digital timers for each side, so you’ll always get consistent results, whether you’re making traditional breakfasts or tempting takeaway snacks. The strong, flat enamelled cast iron griddle plates maximise contact between the heat and the food. This not only ensures a consistent cook – it also speeds up cooking to help keep queues down. As the plates are enamelled cast iron they retain more heat for longer, meaning that recovery times are reduced – so that’s less time waiting for cooking temperatures to be reached. The grill also includes a built-in removable drip tray, helping to keep the grill surface clean and contaminant-free – essential for maintaining the quality of cooked food. The drip tray also makes the grill considerably easier to clean – simply remove, empty and place in the dishwasher. Whether its used in a coffee shop, cafe, kiosk or mobile catering event, the Buffalo double contact grill is a fantastic choice for the professional. Digital Timer with 4 programs settings for consistent cooking Long-lasting heavy duty enamelled cast iron grill plates Removable grease collection tray – easy to clean without moving the grill Counter balanced top plate – effortless to position plate over food Temp range 50-300°C Enamelled cast iron is easy clean and to maintain Rapid heat up – get cooking faster with 2 x 13 amp plugs – total power 3.6kW Cooking plate dimensions: Upper: 215x215mm.
