Before adding a new destination to its list, Holiworking conducts an in-depth study to ensure a reliable and secure remote working experience. In particular, we check: visa solutions and associated costs for teleworking there, local regulations, the country's tax system, the safety and stability of the destination, coworking and accommodation options on site. We also recruit a local Holicoach to support Holiworkers on site, help them integrate into the country, and provide quality follow-up. If your dream destination is not yet on our list, we can review your application and support you through our tailor-made package. This package offers the same administrative, contractual, and insurance support as our standard offer, but without the support of a Holicoach at your destination. Can I work remotely from abroad for more than 12 months? The Holiworking solution is designed for stays ranging from 3 to 12 months. The minimum 3 months allow you to truly immerse yourself in a new culture, take the time to discover your destination, and fully enjoy a professional and personal experience in the country (meeting communities, visiting, working, etc.). Beyond 12 months, an extension may be considered, depending on your situation: immigration solution, local regulations, applicable taxation, and your company's agreement.
