We offer a wide range of menu cover materials to create a unique, luxurious & hard wearing menus to impress your customers. Buckram Cloth, Leather, Faux Leather, Wood, Cork, PVC & many more are available in a wide range of colours.

When choosing a material consider factors such as:

the style of your venue & colour scheme (are you looking for a bright modern colour, or a traditional leather menu cover?)
how busy is your venue (some materials are more hard-wearing than others)
how many menu pages you want to display (some materials are thicker than others and lend themselves to fewer page menus)
your budget (different materials have different raw material costs & are more labour intensive to make, meaning that prices can vary).

How do I choose my menu covers colour?

Each material range has its own colour options available. Colour swatches are available to view as a PDF on most product pages to show the extensive range that is available for each product.

Menu covers can now be printed full colour, so even if you can’t find the exact colour or finish that you require, we can offer unlimited possibilities for the finish that you are looking for. You have the opportunity to use our experienced graphic design studio, to create stunning artwork that is aligned with your restaurant or venue.

How do I choose my menu cover fixings?

Accepted Answer

You will need to decide how you want to display your menu within your menu holder. It may be that you already have a preference on the look of a certain fixing, or you may want to consider how frequently you change your menu (some methods are quicker to change than others, cord fixings are great for specials menus), what sort of printer you have (this will determine the paper size/thickness you want to use), how much your menus are used (clear pockets are a more long term option if you want your menus to last longer). One of our favourites is our wood effect strip grip fix on the metal menu covers; it looks fantastic.

How do I choose my menu cover size?

Our products can be designed & manufactured in an extensive range of standard paper sizes & shapes. Most of our standard sizes are created to accommodate standard ‘A’ paper sizes, along with US letter sizes. Bill presenters and bill holders, covers for wine lists & all other matching restaurant accessories are designed & manufactured in an extensive range of industry standard sizes.

Our standard sizes are A4, 2/3 A4, 1/2 A4, A5 & 21cm x 21cm. Generally, the most popular are A4, 1/2 A4 & A5 due to their practicality. A5 & 1/2 A4 make for great drinks menus & dessert menus with A4 being commonly used for main menus.

We make the menu holders slightly larger than the paper sizes so that your menu inserts fit nicely into the covers, with a small board of the cover material.

Should you require a special size our team can work with you to accommodate almost any request.

How do I choose my menu cover personalisation & branding

Most of our clients wish to have their venue/brand name or logo on their menu holders. All of our menu cover products can be personalised via a range of methods, depending upon the material chosen.

Personalisation finishes include; Hot Foil, Debossing, Printing, Engraving, Laser Cutting (Custom Cutout & Metal/Wooden Plates.

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. If you are unsure of what material you would like on your menu covers, simply ‘Request a Sample‘ on any menu cover product page & we will post out a free sample to you. This will give you the opportunity to experience the look & feel of any menu cover material as well as to see how aethestically matched the material colour is within your restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.

For personalised menu covers, our expert team will work with you to design, manufacture & personalise your menu covers to your specific requirements – please see our artwork options, fixing options, material options & size options for more information. Simply ask us for a quote.
If you don’t need customised or personalised menu covers, take a look at our next day delivery standard menu covers, available in a range of colours, materials & styles. These include menu box sets, Olympia menus, Securit menu covers, American style menu covers & plastic menu covers.

How do I add my business logo on a menu cover design?

Accepted Answer

All of our products can be personalised with your own logo & branding. If you have a high resolution version of your logo or pattern that you would like on your menu covers, preferably a vector in a .PDF, .AI, .SVG or .EPS file format (the person who designed your logo will be able to supply you with this if you don’t already have one).

If you do have trouble finding a high resolution file then we offer a graphic design service to our customers, allowing you to recreate your files in the correct format. You are provided with different versions of the completed files to allow you to use for any other branding projects you may be planning in the future.

Once you have your high resolution file & have decided what material you would like, you can consider how you would like this to be put on the menu covers.

Labyrinth is a exclusive design concept designed by Smart Hospitality Supplies, incorporating an intricate pattern over the whole menu & surrounding text or a logo. Combining this with a mixture of hot foil & debossing techniques has a wonderful effect & makes your logo stand out.

Create your own labyrinth pattern or use our additional design services to create a unique pattern perfect for your new restaurant menus.

How long does it take to receive my menu cover order?

Accepted Answer

Once your menu covers order has been confirmed & you have signed off your artwork, it usually takes around 10 to 15 working days for us to produce your order. As with all manufacturing, some materials/options can be made quicker than this, however some materials, specifications & large volume orders can take a little longer. You will be advised at the time of your order how long your order will take.

Should you need your order by a specific date, such as a restaurant opening night, then please let our team know. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.
