Featuring user-friendly dial controls, the Buffalo griddle makes it easy to regulate the temperature for both sides – so you can keep food warm on one zone, whilst cooking eggs or bacon on the other. Alternatively, you can completely power down one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours. The Buffalo griddle is mounted on a strong stainless steel cupboard base with adjustable feet.
