The pan carrier has all the features you would expect from a professional quality food carrier and more, including moulded handles, non-corrosive heating unit, built-in thermometer, vent cap and thick foam insulation keeping contents warm for hours even when unplugged. Another feature which supports the high specification of this heated food transport box is the recovery time. After leaving the door open for 30 seconds, the box takes just 3 minutes to get back up to temperature. The pan carrier also enables HACCP compliance by maintaining safe, hot food temperatures.
