The Vollrath Mirage soup kettle utilises induction heating that is highly energy efficient and uses dry heat, rather than needing to be filled with water before use. Accurate sensors ensure precise heating temperatures, keeping the food ready to serve and reducing food waste caused by burning. The controls also provide handy pre-sets – ideal for quickly setting up before a busy service.
