The oven door has a double glass panel with an LED internal light for easy monitoring of cooking progress. The internal glass panel can be easily removed for cleaning. The oven is supplied with a 13A plug on a 1.8m cable, making it ideal for any application, from a small café’s main oven to offering additional capacity to a larger kitchen.
