Compact and efficient, the Lincat has all the functionality you need – from a generous 3x 1/1GN capacity, to the two-speed bi-directions fans which give you the precision to cook even delicate foods. The oven is specifically designed for busy kitchens and has a electronic timer and buzzer, which also flashes the light in the oven when cooking is completed – great for noisy areas. Available in manual or digital control versions – please select from the drop-down. Please note: the digital control version includes a humidity injection function which requires a permanent water connection.
