From the intuitive digital controls which allow fuss-free washing, to the exceptional filtration system which ensures only top quality water is used to wash, every part of the UC-L demonstrates a truly superb quality washer. Able to wash up to 40 racks (1500 plates) an hour, the Winterhalter is perfect for busy restaurants, hotels, food courts and staff canteens. For maximum efficiency, choose the energy saving heat recovery version. This innovation not only significantly reduces operating costs – it also removes the need for overhead condenser hoods. If installed in hard water areas, models with built-in water softeners and thermal disinfection are available – please select from the drop down. Installation is also available. How do Winterhalter-E energy saving dishwashers work? Winterhalter UC series dishwashers with energy saving technology work by recycling waste heat. Rather than simply venting excess heat out the front of the unit, heat is channelled back into the water heating system, considerably reducing the amount of energy required to bring wash water back up to temperature.
