A heavy duty unit, the fryer features precise temperature control and heat transfer technology that allows for quicker heating and heat retention, resulting in higher quality food that can be fried faster. Used oil is channelled down through to a steel bucket for emptying, removing the hassle of fitting a drainage pipe when installing.
