The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace there is a door which is 105cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
