The front door has a width of 130cm, whilst other access doors have a width of 120cm. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 120cm wide. The outside is a tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has ladder access with four steps. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 73cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 73cm wide. There are 18 steps to the lower ground floor, where the widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is also 70cm.
