To access the villa there is a 200cm wide path and 1 step. The front door has a width of 92cm. The door to the terrace is 110cm wide, the terrace is flat and paved, with a rocky path and artificial lawn around the side of the villa. There are 5 steps into the pool. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan, the external door into this area is 120cm wide, the internal door to this area is 86cm wide. All bedrooms are located on the first floor.
