To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is tiled and flat, however there are 5 steps to the pool area, and a further 4 steps to the BBQ/outdoor seating area. The pool itself has ladder access, whilst the pool is surrounded by both tiles and lawn. This can be seen in the images. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor, however the door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
