The main living area can be found on the ground floor, with a spacious living and dining area, a second kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. The front door has a door width of 130cm whilst the other door to terrace is 77cm wide. The outside is an open terrace which is relatively flat, however the surrounding garden areas are uneven, there are 18 exterior steps leading towards the pool area. Inside the villa, there are 18 steps to the lower ground floor and 36 steps to the first floor. All bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 68cm.
