To access the villa the path is 120cm wide with 1 step to the front door which has a width of 80cm, other access doors are 135cm wide. You enter the villa via the hallway on the lower ground floor, off the driveway. The ground floor requires step access via internal steps. The path from the villa to the pool area is 120cm wide and there are 4 steps to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has steps access. Inside the villa, on the ground floor, the widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is 65cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 140cm wide.
