To access the villa the path is 110cm wide with 7 steps to the front door which has a width of 125cm, other access doors are also 70cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 115cm wide and there are no steps to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, the bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the ground floor. The bedroom doors are all 70cm wide whilst the bathroom doors are 60cm wide. There are 8 steps to reach the first floor, where the lounge and kitchen/dining area are located.
