To access the villa the path is 140cm wide with 1 step up to the villa. The front door has a width of 80cm, other access doors are 120cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 120cm wide and there is a single step to reach the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access and the surrounding area is flat. Inside the villa, the bedrooms and bathroom entrances are all 70cm wide.
