To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room have wide entrances of 100cm. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 100cm wide, the path around the pool is 100cm wide, the area around the pool is flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 82cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door are 69cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 16 steps leading to the first door.
