The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 85cm wide. Access to the poolside is through two patio doors - there's no step or ramp but there is a step over the door frame to an open-plan , flat terrace. The area to the side of the pool is decking. There is a lip over the front doorframe of approximately 2cm. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 27 steps to the first floor where all bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the shower room door is 60cm wide.
