The front door has a width of 130cm whilst other access doors have a width of 110cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, however there is a slight ramp leading from the terrace doors to the pool area. The pool itself has step access; the pool path has a width of 107cm. This is a ground floor only property. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door is 69cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 70cm wide.
