To access the villa there is an 90cm wide path and 3 steps, alternatively, there is a ramp. The front door has a width of 85cm. The door to the terrace is 110cm wide, there is a small step down out of the patio doors to the pool area, the terrace around the pool is flat and paved. There is a ladder into the pool. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
