On entering the villa, the ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with ceiling fan, w.c. and a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Two patio doors lead onto a covered terrace with table and chairs, ideal for dining "al fresco" from which a couple of steps lead down to the pool and garden area. The generous sized pool is surrounded by a lawned area. Upstairs on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The double and one of the twin rooms share a terrace with pool/garden views. From the ground floor, hallway stairs lead down to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a modern en-suite shower room. To access the villa the path is 130cm wide with 6 steps to the front door which has a width of 80cm, other access doors are also 80cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 200cm wide and there are 3 steps to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, there are no ground-floor bedrooms and lots of small steps throughout the villa. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 170cm wide.
