The front door has a width of 92cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 71cm wide. Outside areas are a mixture of artificial turf tiles and cobblestone. The entrance to the villa and the parking area are cobblestoned. Around the villa and at the back there are small stones. There is a large area of artificial turf around the pool, and the outdoor dining area is tiled. There is a step from the outdoor dining area to the artificial turf area. To get from the parking area to the pool, there is a slight uphill incline. All bedrooms have a door width of 74cm. The ground floor shower room door is 65cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor.
