The front door has a width of 113cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 78cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 98cm wide and the grounds are on different levels, due to the house being in the town the only outside area is the pool terrace which is 17 steps up from house level. Internally there are 6 steps up to the kitchen and 12 steps up to the bedrooms on the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
