The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 186cm wide. From the patio doors to the pool area, there is a flat tiled surface with artificial grass around the pool. This can also be accessed via 2 of the bedrooms, which each have a small step onto the patio. From the entrance of the villa, there are 2 pathways ranging from 230 - 600cm in width to the poolside. The paths are flat. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground floor property. All bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas have a door width of 70cm.
