To access the villa there are 10 steps leading to a path which is 76cm wide with one step that provides access to the villa. The front door has a width of 76cm whilst other access doors have a width of 90cm. The outside is an open terrace which is relatively flat, there are 15 steps leading toward the pool area. Inside the villa, no bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There are 15 steps to the lower ground floor and 16 steps to the second lower ground floor. The widest bedroom door is 67cm and the widest shower room door is 68cm.
