The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 88cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, the outside grounds are flat, however there is one step down to the pool. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
