To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to 11 steps to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 200cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the terrace to the pool area. The outside grounds are flat, tiled and even. The pool has steps.
