This cleverly designed property consists of four separate apartments, two on each level, each consisting of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge with dining facilities and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has an air conditioning unit in the hallway to allow cooling air to pass through to rooms. The outdoor space is as huge as the villa itself, with the large 12 x 6 metre fenced pool and enough chairs and sun loungers to cater to a fully occupied villa. A table tennis and boules pitch is also located around the property. A large double brick BBQ and covered dining facilities are also available for our guests either escaping the midday sun or evening dining alfresco. The outside area is relatively flat, whilst the pool is surrounded by artificial grass. The path to the dining area is 66cm wide, and surrounded by stones. This can be seen in the images. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 68cm, whilst the shower room door is only 60cm wide.
