The outside is an open terrace with lawn which is relatively flat. The pool path is 78cm wide, the pool itself has ladder access. There are numerous of steps from the parking area to the villa. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 60cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor., where the bedroom door is 68cm and the bathroom door has a width of 70cm.
