To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 78cm wide. The path to the terrace/pool area is 100cm wide. The terrace is made of crazy paving, and is uneven in places. To access the pool area, there are a few steps, whilst the pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The widest bedroom door is 75cm wide, whilst the family bathroom door is 60cm wide.
