The vast four-kilometre Blue Flag beach offers golden sand one end and the other shingle, while the Aegean waters stretching between the two are shallow and ideal for families with young children. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 87cm. The door from the villa to the pool terrace is 62cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide, the outside area is paved and lawned and flat. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 87cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 87cm wide. All bedrooms are on the first floor.
