The front door is 85cm wide whereas the other access door is 90cm wide. The path that leads to the pool has a width of 200cm, the pool contains roman steps. The outside space including the pool area is flat and tiled. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the first bedroom door is 65cm wide and the ensuite connected to this bedroom is 60cm wide.
