The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. There are 2 steps down from the alfresco dining area to the poolside. The remainder of the terrace is mostly flat, spacious and tiled. The pool has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the bedroom door (first bedroom at the top of the stairs) is 70cm wide, and the main bathroom door is 68cm wide.
