To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 170cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 76cm wide. When entering the terrace via the patio doors, there are 2 steps. The remainder of the terrace is tiled and flat. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom has a door width of 80cm, and the shower room door is 63cm wide.
