The front door has a width of 130cm and this is the only door that accesses the pool area. Paths from the villa to the pool are 300cm wide and there is a small incline in the path from the gate to the front door. The grounds are mainly flat with 1 step from the path to the pool area. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the first bedroom and the widest bathroom on the ground floor is 68cm wide which is the main bathroom.
