To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 1 step over the front door. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 240cm wide. The path to the poolside is 90cm wide. There is 1 step down from the upper terrace to the pool area, this is also accessed via part of the lawn, this is sloped. The pool is fenced and narrow around the edge. You can also access the terrace via the bottom of the drive, via 11 steps. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 78cm, whilst the double bedroom ensuite door is 73cm wide.
