Please note, the finish of road surfaces in Cyprus may be of varying standards. To access the villa, there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 73cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 84cm wide. The terrace is tiled, flat and even. There is a small lip down to the gravel area where you'll find the plants and shrubs. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 77cm, whilst the ensuite door is 67cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 69cm, and the ensuite is 67cm wide.
