The villa has 6 steps for access and a path of 146cm wide. The front door has a width of 146cm along with other doors to access the pool being 193cm wide. The pool has roman steps for entrance and the outside space is flat. On the ground floor there are 2 steps. The widest bedroom door width is 76cm which is on the ground floor along with the widest bath/shower room door which is 69cm also being on the ground floor.
