Downstairs, the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors that offer sea views from every angle. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The terrace is on a slightly incline, and is uneven in places. There are a few steps around the exteriors. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 19 steps to the first floor of the main house. The main bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide.
