The front door has a width of 88cm whilst other access doors have a width of 77cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, however there are various steps out the villa depending on what exit you use. The pool path is 200cm wide and has two steps, one is 15cm and one is 7cm. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide and has two steps being 15cm and the widest bathroom door is 64cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 74cm and the bathroom door is 64cm.
