The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 78cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, and a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There is a small lip down from the patio door. The pool itself has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the first bedroom has a door width of 85cm, and the ensuite door is 73cm wide.
