To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 58cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a small lip over the patio doors. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor where all bedroom doors are 68cm wide, and all ensuite doors are 62cm wide.
