To access the villa there is a path which is 102cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 96cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. There are 3 narrow steps leading to the pool area. There is an edging around the pool, whilst the pool has step access with handrails for support. The terrace is a mixture of tiles, gravel and decking with areas of shrubs and plant pots. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there is 1 small step to the bedrooms/bathrooms. The master bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 80cm wide.
