We loved the terrace, with its heated* pool taking centre stage, lined with reclining sun loungers and surrounded by a volcanic wall. For added convenience, theres a door that leads from the terrace to the path outside, making trips to the shop, beach and restaurants a lot quicker. A few steps to the upper terrace, you'll find the brick-built BBQ and food prep area, located next to the shaded alfresco dining. You enter the villa on the ground floor, via a small exterior staircase. Split over two levels you head down to the lower ground floor, where you'll find a huge open-plan kitchen and living area. To access the villa there is a path which is 122cm wide alongside 19 steps. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 122cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and tiled with 8 steps down to the poolside. As can be seen in the images, the terrace is on a split levels. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. You enter the property on the ground floor. The ground floor master bedroom door is 69cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is also 69cm wide.
