To access the villa there is a path which is 118cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 77cm wide. The path to the poolside is 118cm wide. There are 11 steps from the front door to the terrace area, and a further 10 steps down to the poolside. The terrace is a mixture of tiles, lawn and crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. Inside, there are 3 steps from the lounge down to the kitchen and the bedroom/shower room. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 67cm wide. There are 12 steps to the first floor.
