The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan with a mixture of a tiled seating area and artificial grass. There is 1 step of approximately 15cm down to the pool area. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 60cm wide. The lower ground floor bedroom could be accessed via the garage if needed, however all shower rooms require step access.
