To access the villa there is an open path which is 103cm wide. There is a small ramp from the road to the main entrance. The front door and other access door both have a width of 120cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, the pool path is 190cm wide. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom and bathroom door on the ground floor are both 80cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 69cm and the bathroom door has a width of 70cm.
